    I do classes on Wednesday's and I go to the gym in between. As far as the diet goes I dont really eat a whole lot of variety either. I have found a few things that work for me so I kinda stick to it. My favorite thing at the moment is layering taco stuff in a bowl! Mmm! =0) Also, I have really grown to love my protein drinks. Something I NEVER thought was possible! lol

    Aww, thanks for the comment! I go to my 3 month appt. tommorrow. Im pretty excited for the dr. to see me! I never asked him for a goal weight so tommorrow I am. I should be down almost 65 pounds? Hows the diet and excersise going?

    Look at you with your suave self! You look fantastic! I just had my 3 month post op yesterday. I'm down 51 pounds. I had hoped for 60, but I will take 51! How are you??

    I am doing well! I'm getting ready to begin summer school in a couple of weeks, so all of the walking around campus will boost my exercise regimen. I'm down 48 pounds, so I certainly can't complain.

    Hey, Sorry I have never answered back! I have been MIA. I joined the gym and also an excersise class on Wed's, and work has been hectic but good. So thats me in a nutshell for the last month. How bout you? How are things going?

    I am doing excellent. I joined a gym and have lost 10 more pounds since the 4th! I feel good too. I was feeling really sick a couple nights ago and my water levels dropped so Im in effort to get that back up. Also the Doc cleared me to drink alcohol. So needless to say this Friday I am going out to socialize! =0)

    Yes, I'm not sure what happened between weeks 5 and 6. I'm excited to lose, but I hope I'm not losing muscle! I know I need to do better with protein and water, but I do make a conscious effort every day. How are you doing??
