Wow, great stuff James. Wonderful story. I started out about the same weight as you, and am now down 63 lbs and went from a 52 waist to a 42. Still dropping since surgery on 31 Dec 08. Still a long way to go but seeing your story is inspiring! Thanks for the encouragement on behalf of all of us on TT.

i have heard of that who will be coming with you, its a good thing you know, hurts a bit but well worth it, I just had a second fill of the band today and wish i had not its sick time every few minutes but that will pass
