yea.. i find that i dont really dump either.. but then again.. i havent really made it a point to test the waters either... im affraid that if i do.. then ill just let myself eat whatever if those things dont cause me to dump..

Yeah i think it gets harder the further out you are because it becomes easier to make bad choices. I don't dump, so sometimes I need to out smart myself. Sidenote, never go to the market hungry or in a bad mood! Haha. I hope you are doing well. =0)
