They put a drain in to monitor for infections. It looks like a hanging testicle from my stomach. LOL I just tuck it in my sports bra and truck on about my business. I noticed you mentioned that it was hard for you to stay on the diet....what types of things are you eating?

I luckily did not have drains in. I didn't even have any when I came out of surgery. I bet they do hurt coming out though. Good luck with that.

Have you started your pre op diet yet? I start mine tomorrow and I also leave on vacation! This is going to be horrid!
