you are really sweet! you gotta fill me in on your 3month thing

well last week i did 3 days in a row (actually i think 2) shoot and this week starting today i did 15 min treadmill, 13 eliptical, 13 minutes on bike. i'm going to try to do that (well alittle more) this week Monday- Friday! You know what kills me is that today is the 3rd week in a row i've been in my normal lousy stall!
