heyy Leila. Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. The first three months, I believe I lost 40 pounds. I just remember being thrilled with the results!!! For workouts. I can't go cardio and weights the same day, I just get tooo dehydrated. So I end up doing cardio for an hour, and then weights for an hour another day. I try to go to the gym 3-4 times a week...but with school, its more like 2+ times.
I still look at the scale too often, its my greatest downfall, because some days you're up 3 pounds, and other days your down. Its soo unpredictable. And then you have those months where you loose NOTHING...and you think that everything is wrong. But you can't lose weight alll the time, otherwise you'd be like, 5 pounds! So don't fret too much. Also, if you get really frustrated, you should measure inches. The monthes where I saw no weight change, I lost 7-8 inches throughout my body!
