    Hi Hon, Good to hear from you! How was your fill? I am not getting a fill until Dec. first. I have been doing pretty good so far. I have lost 33 pounds since surgery and 61 pounds since I started the liquid diet. I am being very strict with eating and workout Hard 5 days a week. Tell me about your Fill! Are you ever hungry? I have to remind myself to eat. Weird.

    Your first fill is almost here! I didn't have any restriction after my first, but it all depends on how much they give you. Keep getting those fills on schedule and you'll get there soon. Bandster Hell is the pits, but it doesn't last forever. I promise you'll get there. My blog today was about adding calories because I wasn't eating enough...can you believe that! You'll be there too GF! Hang in there! -BG

    Hi long time. I'm ok apart from a cold that I caught for the second time. It's just that time of year. I'm still waiting to hear from the hospital. How are you doing? What stage are you at now?     Hey friend! You'll get there soon enough! I'm celebrating my 6-mo. Bandiversary tomorrow and I can't believe its been 6 months...things really start speeding up after banding. Keep posting and getting support...it helps a lot! Your friend -BG

Hi, my name is Heidi. I go by hihi too. So I came on this site last night and was actually frightened a bit after. My sister had LapBand done 4 years ago and my knowledge of what to expect is all due to me watching and talking with her. Some of the things I read last night on here kinda freaked me out!
