Helena, you should be SOOO proud of yourself!! I'm glad everything looks so good. Did the shot hurt? My b levels were just right but I've heard that the shots are actually an easier way to go. What did you think?
I went shopping today and found out that I am now an 18-20 pants(from a 30) and a 22/24 top (from a 32.) I'm pretty happy about that. I'm almost 2/3 of the way to my goal.

Said all looks good.....And she thinks 130 is to small for me she said to go by bmi I am a 27 now she said I would look very slim at a 25 since I already look so small...And a 25 bmi will make me a normal bmi..When she saw me she couldn't believe it at how small I look..My b-12 was low so they gave me a shot and told me to take it 3 times a week until my next blood work...But everything else was perfect....You feel better soon...

How was your appointment? I actually missed mine( (headache and a lot of fibro pain.) 18 pounds to go?!? That's AWESOME!! Is it a lot harder to lose now that you're so close?

I feel so much better since surgery it came on so fast. I had no pain before before the attack...Yes we should get together....I have a Dr's appt tuesday too...I hope I can go back to excercising I have 18 pounds to goal. I am getting so excited...

By the way, we should get together for lunch or coffee sometime. I think it would be fun to meet!

I have been having pain on the left side off and on for the past two weeks and today for about an hour I thought I was going to pass out it hurt so bad. I've been putting it off as gas(or something) but I know I need to talk to the doctor. I'm going in on Tuesday so I figure I'll talk to them then but I have a fear it may be an ulcer as well.

Candy thank you for the birthday wishes...Thursday my stomach started hurting out of the blue...I went to LOwell General was there for many hours and had a cat scan done. The Dr said nothing wrong with me I probably have an ulcer...I called the clinic the next day my DR looked at it and there was the contrast from the cat scan in my old tummy not good ....They admitted me and I had surgery friday night.....I was released on sat and I'm really sore nut they said everything went really well...They also got rid of all the adhesions I had so that may be why I am super sore...
