I read your post about deciding on the bypass in the end. How is it going for you? How long were you out of work? I am SOOOO undecided. I think I NEED the bypass, but can't be off of work long. Barbara

Hi again Sarah! And again, I'm sorry it's taken me so long to find this. I'm not used to these message boards. It took me only about a week to be approved, but it's something I'd been working towards for about a year with my insurance. I had to take 6 months of classes, etc. But I loved the classes! I have Blue Shield insurance with Facey as my HMO provider. I had my surgery 6 weeks ago yesterday (April 24) at St. Josephs. Wonderful hospital! (except at night). How are things going??? I was just at Dr. Q's office this week and I don't have to go back now for another 3 months. YAY!!! Hang in t here!

Hey Kelly, =] thanks for writing back. How long ago did you have surgery? and how long did it take for you to get approved? what insurance did you have? =] im excited i found someone with the same surgeon as me.
