Thank you sooooo much!!!! I received a sweet envelope from Buffalo and it contained just what I needed at this stage of my journey

I've been struggling with "bored eating" and also "cold eating" - I find that I am putting things in my mouth because I am bored and I am also freezing all the time so eat because I am cold......

The frame with all of our pretty faces in, together with the very special poem you wrote, now has centre stage on my desk at work to act as a daily reminder
