    How have things been going for you? I am down almost 90 lbs! I am thinking about doing the 5 day pouch test. I am still doing well, but I feel like I can eat more and more, I want to keep it under control.

    You look marvelous. and I think you have lost more than me. I am only down 60 lbs. things havent moved for over 10 weeks. any ideas. I will say my pouch tolerates everything. Sugar, carbs not so much fried. Help!!!
