Well keep up the good work and let me know how you are doing from time to time. OK?

Whats wierd is I can go in there have a bite / give my opinion like a good buyer then walk away. the hunger is just not there... Oh yeah I am down 45 pounds....I dont see a difference but everyone else sure notices.... I wonder if I ever saw myself heavy??? its been tough but I would not change anything... there are 5 girls in the office going thru the process. boy were they surprised I had it done first...lol

    Hi Annette!

Ok here is how you start a new thread.
    1. Go to the list of the different forums, the beginning.

    2. Click on the subject that best fits your questions/coments.

    3. When the window opens, up on the LEFT side is a red box that says 'NEW THREAD".

    4. Click on that and it will open a window for you to type your post.

5.Then at the bottom you can preview your post before you post it to see if it is all the way you want it. If so, submit your post. If not, go back up and make changes and then submit.

I went ahead and posted your questions. The name of the thread is "Asamvian needs your help".

I know there are alot of people out there that can give suggestions and support.

Hang in there, it will all work out.

By the way, my surgery is tentatively scheduled for 6/20! Got my approval on Friday.

I need your help. I dont know how to create a thread. I need suggestions.
I am exactly 2 weeks post op. Still diebetic but used to take 6 pills now take one. I have lost approx. 30 lbs since surgery date but I am having two problems that I need help with .

    1. I cant seem to get on a schedule. With meals, pills, liguids, protien. I have also ran out of ideas. Can I get suggestions of other members meal plans at this particular time in surgery. Doctor said I can move on to other foods but to slowly go from puree to.....

    2. Secondly, I cant seem to quench my thirst. My refrigerated is full of all sugar free drinks. And its not working. I like em one day and hate it the next day. Even my favorite water taste yucky. I was never been a picky drinker or eater.

    Any suggestions???????

    Hi Annette,

I'm sorry that I haven't responded sooner. It looks like you sent your last message to your own profile and not mine. Just popped in here to see what was up and found your message. To send to my profile, click on the "send message" just under my name above and that will take care of it.

Anyway, yeah I did a dumb commute for a year! I went from Perris to Costa Mesa (65 miles one way) Monday-Friday. Glad that is over with though and now I only commute about 14 miles to and from work.

I don't know when my surgery will be, paperwork was only submitted last week sometime and now it is up to the insurance company. I hope that I get approved soon. If I do, it will probably be sometime in June I guess.

Thank you for offering to answer any of my questions and I will make sure when I have one, I'll ask..

Keep posting Annette and let us all know how you are doing.

    Take Care,
    Olga
