I dont measure but this is how I make it... olive oil..then pancetta let the pancetta cook down real good, diced up onions, diced up garlic, diced up potato , and sweet potato, chicken stock let it all cook down real good, salt and pepper of course, light or fat free cream- use a stick blender and blend it all to a smooth consistancy (or u can put it in your blender) its delicious!!

Ah I see you are familiar with July and August in Kentucky then. I do agree the humidity is a bitch!

You know, I've been looking at this for so long as my chance to get rid of all this pain, now I don't know if I'm up for all the new pain you just described lol. I hope you feel better ina couple days hon. That gas is a killer I know. My shoulders hurt for at least 6 days afterwards.
