actually thats probably why your not steadily loosing, your not eating ENOUGH calories. I'm telling you from 1st hand experience that your driving yourself nuts with that scale . i do / did the same thing and this entire week i havnt had it, i dont miss it either! but i tell you what.... i will be hecka mad if i havent lost anything.
Girl, I can't help but to get on the scale. I HAVE to know when this plateau has broken. It's driving me CRAZY!!!! I'm barely eating anything but whatever I eat has MAD carbs in it....ugh! In the meantime, Danita's melting away!!! lol
ok do i need to go down to GA! get off that scale! i noticed that yesterday you put 267 and now you put 268! Gett off the scale, you are going to be like me and make yourself crazy. And ya know i think about you alot because i feel like we have alot in common and i'm trying to cut out my carbs so much but geesh i ate string cheese / baked with breadcrumbs (mozzerella sticks yumm) and even they had 8g carbs per each one (i ate like 3 or 4) i can almost garuntee this is whats is slower our loss down.
