    Okay, Deb... I'm going to make a post, calling for a challenge to all "scale whores" starting Monday when the "Weigh In Monday" posts start, that those of us accepting the challenge will NOT weigh in for a full week. You with me? We would have to go from June 2nd through June 8 with NO weighing in.. .. I'm game if you are? (I think? NO cheating! LOL)

    Nah...I've been busy with kids, activities and vegging out! I am taking the summer off from school. I have it so that I don't have anything left to do before Clinicals in the fall. I am BREATHING...finally...without oodles of stress! I feel for ya, I do! I did summer classes for the past two years. I am darn glad I am not now! I poke around daily, I just haven't been tempted into posting anything, ya know? I will check things out though and see if I can't make a nuisance of myself somewhere!! Thanks for thinking of me!!!!

    haha... Umm.. went to the bathroom, finally? Seriously, though... I don't really know... I have focused on getting enough calories in.. that has been a huge problem for me. More calories to lose weight is so counter-intuitive to us as life-long dieters, but it does seem that too low calories causes me to stall. Also, as few carbs as I can get away with helps as well. HARD though.

    I'll do the whole photo album thingie once I have surgery and I have pictures to post. The idea of posting a full body photo for the entire web to see, eh, not gunna happen yet.

    I was so hoping to be down a few more lbs by now.. but I'll take what I get at this point!
    How has your weekend gone? It is *gorgeous* here in MA this weekend, it's been glorious. Bought a few more flowers and planted them yesterday... Geof & I have walked every day.. yesterday was more than 3 miles in one outting- woo hoo!

    Hope you've been enjoying less hot weather than you had been having. If you ever go up to Maine to visit your family, you'll have to let me know.. New England is small enough we could manage a visit!

    well for the last 3 days at church i've had about 5 different people tell me how great i look and "what was i doing" DUH they knew i had surgery in december but guess they thought it wasnt working, anyway today was great one of the mothers gave me a hug and said hi "skinny" i just laughed and said where am i skinny cause i sure aint feeling it

    I dont know maybe its the triple venti starbucks i just downed but i feel alittle better about myself today. I feel more empowered and my trainer recommended my snacks more healthier. Jiccama and hummus! yummy so tomorrow i will venture off to Sprouts and buy some. I cant understand still why the scale is not kind to me and my dream of doing the 1/2 PF Chang marathon was cut short after finding out the 1/2 marathon was 13.5 miles!     well i'm deciding to blog alittle more here i have some serious NON weight loosing issues and its eating me up! I just dont understand everyone is loosing weight except me (and a few others) but they have already lost over 100 and here i am just nothing. I feel like yet again i have failed at another "diet and excersize" regime and i'm useless with this! I want to cry. The surgeons scale says 198 and mine is saying 193 I will take mine but even at his office only 70 pounds in almost...

    sorry to hear about to hear about your stall and frustration. I knw this is no help but at all my meetings i am told at least 5 times that not everyone is the same and not expect to lose like everyone. Some lose more some lose less.. I know it sucks but god made us all different. I think you look fantastic. Stop worrying about all the people and look at the changes you have made.. Stay focused on you.:)
