Thanks for your speedy response! I am 5'7 and you have inspired me a great deal. It is just amazing how great you look. We live in Germany about an hour away from Frankfurt Airport. My spouse is Active Duty Army and we will be retiring in about 3 years. I am 37 years old and a mom of two beautiful girls.
I have never exercised.I do however work retail and walk a lot during work.I am up & down ladders about 20 times a day.That is it.Never weight trained.Our starting weight was about the same , How tall are you?
