Thank you! So to get the look...I used the following:
You need to prime your eyelids with a base...I use Urban Decay Primer Potion and it looks like this:

Then I started with the inner corner of my eyelids and added the gold color from this shadow duo (this one is L'Oreal's HIP Metallic Eyeshadows):

Only apply on the lower part of lids and blend just a little past your eyelid crease.
After that I added a black matte eye shadow...you can use any matte shadow...on the outer corners in the eyelid crease. I blend it up a bit with a brush. Then I added the darker shade of the eyeshadow duo shown above.
I blend...blend...blend until I get the look I like.
After that I add a highlight which can be any matte eyeshadow that is close to your skin tone and blend into brow bone.
So once I finish that I add my black liquid eyeliner...line my waterline (the inside part of the eyes) and curl my lashes and then mascara.
