so u had dr. suh...he was one of the two surgeons my insurance covered, went with dr krahn because i had already met him a few months before, i have a friend who had surgery with dr suh and said she loved him, she hit goal (135lbs LOST) at 7 months!

You would be amazed at how much sugar I can eat before dumping... it is different for everyone. I don't count the grams, I just eat a few bites of something and try not to push it.

Yeah for you...yeah the protein shakes are never fun. I really only did the CIB (nosugar added ones and added the dried powdered milk for extra protein..it tasted good and worked for me. I was scheduled to have my GB out at the same time as my GBS but it failed a few months before so I had to have it out then. Glad I did, it hurt so bad! Congrats on your surgery and hang in there...Holla if you have any questions!
