    Girlie I hear you there. I've completely STOPPED exercising for a few weeks. I have got to start up again. It's amazing how easy it was for me to get into a routine, and then POOF! How easy it is to stop...GRR

    How's your week going so far? I took Monday off so I'm glad tomorrow is Wednesday...I'm so ready for the weekend again

    Hey hun I'm doing great! Down 33 lbs so far! I had my 3rd fill yesterday. I have ALOT more restriction know. I think in a few days I'll know for sure if I'm at my 'sweet spot' with my band.

    No running miles yet, but I'm with you, I FEEL like I could now!

    How are you doing? You're looking FANTASTIC!!!

    Hmm it's been really touch and go for me lately. One thing I've found that I love is the Sarah Lee low Carb bread. I take 1 slice (45 calories) with 1 tbls of low sugar peanut butter and then sugar free jelly. It's great in a pinch for breakfast or lunch!

    I'm still 'weening' myself into meats. So far lean briscuit and chicken are okay. Ground meat I'm still testing

    What all have you tried out?

    23 lbs is awesome! Great job! Im struggeling with things to eat. I am learning more and more what I can not eat, but seems like my okay to eat section isn't growing. That gets old after awhile, ya know? Anything you found that is good to eat and good for you?
