    Howdy! was worried about Julie and had not heard from her, plus I know you just had your surgiversary right? If I remember right yours was right before mine. Im waiting to weigh in until the 23rd and see where i am at, Im working out thought almost every day! Beauty school starts on 28th also!

    I think most of us take a break now and then. Life starts to be a little more worthwhile and we start living in ways that we haven't had the opportunity to do before. The great thing about this place is that you are welcome whether you are a frequent visitor or not. Take the time you need.     hey there... I just wanted to say thank you for everything. You have had some great words of wisdom and been a good TT friend. I think Im going to take a break from all of this. Im not sure what Im thinking or feeling and I miss Julie, and I miss the open discussions. I love TT but I have not made any real connections, really you and Julie are the only ones who have reached out to me, and I want to say thanks. I guess I just feel Im not adding anything helpful at this point, and the daily grind of meaningless threads...well...I don't know.     Hey there stranger! I wanted to say THANK YOU! really. I got the CD have not listened to it yet but I appreciate the card more than you could ever know. I am kind of down right now. Well really down, and the stuff here...well..too much stress for me right now. IM doing very well on my routine and I am excited about listening to the CD. Thanks!

    Hello, just wanted to let you know Im keeping up on the exercise. I am switching it up as you suggested. My former trainer had me doing same thing so when you brought it up...So Im pretty limited to the little gym at the apartments so Ive been doing 5 mins elicptical, then arms, then 5 mins again on eliptical, then but crunchs, scrunchs, and leg lifts then, back on eliptical for 5 more. Today I did last five on treadmill and last minute running.

    Just start switching it up...go back to 5 minutes on the elliptical, then go do some resistance for a few minutes, then come back to the elliptical, or the treadmill, or the bike for 2 or 3 minutes but at a really intense level, then back to resistance/weights. Do this for half an hour and you will burn the shit out of some calories! Keep up the good work! I'll put something in the mail for ya this weekend!

    whatever you got, I can download to my black berry I use that when I work out mostly???will that work. Also, I am up to 12 mins on the eliptical...what else should I be doing. I loved that pic of you at the computer, cute!
