well you were right! my doc prescribed me some heavy duty probiotics. He laughed at me when i asked him about the yogurt probiotics. He said i have probably way too much bateria or whatever in me so i need the special (you know expensive) probiotic pills! darn it 39$/1month supply they better work or i'll scream! He also recommended (eh um stopping the caffeine at the same time ) to see if that could have anything to do with it but truthfully i'm going to try the probiotics 1st. I think i would have serious caffeine withdrawls in the am. honestly i need the high from my morning cup(s)
