Hey guys,
I'm so tired right now. My thighs & legs are throbbing. I ran & walked 4 miles...I mostly ran or maybe half & half? Well I did it anyway.
I've seen the scale move for the first time in a long time...153.6!! What? It's a trickery I know as soon as I drink water or eat it'll go back up.
I went to get retested for my vision today and like I said my vision is not good uncorrected. I think I'm "legally" blind, 20/200....

First off, an update to my last blog...I was able to run 3 whole miles without stopping to walk. That was amazing.
I haven't been able to run for the past week & a half because I got my toenail pulled. Yeah I have gruesome pics to share but here's just one:

It hurt when they injected my toe to numb it but after that the pain was minimal and it's really discomfort that you feel. It's getting better and...

On Wednesday, July 16th, I met a second goal of mine...well besides wanting to run the 1.5 in 15:30 (which I haven't done yet)...I also wanted to run without stopping for a longer distance, at least for 2 whole miles.
Well, to my surprise I was able to do this...I ran 2.5 miles NONSTOP! Yay me!!!
