So I guess I am finally willing to say that I am under 200 pounds. I usually never did because I knew I would start gaining the weight back as that was my pattern, as soon as I started to see a waist line I would freak out and eat everything in sight to put my 60 pound security blanket back on. It is weird, I found myself eating more today as a result. I also felt very unsafe for some reason while walking. Not sure where all of this is coming from. Still not feeling 100% but drank half a bottle...

I woke up feeling stiff and tired and the day seems to have just played out that way. I can not seem to get moving today. The weather has been crappy - maybe that is it - but I have also vomited today. Apparently imitation crab meat and my tummy no longer get along. I have been drinking lots of protein today but I just can't seem to get moving. (It is now 4:00 p.m. and I just want to go to bed.) It seems the up's and down's are constant right now.

I have never managed to get under 199 since I bypassed the weight years ago, except for a brief time as a freshman in high school. I have been losing and gaining the same 60 pounds for over ten years. I began breaking rules again and eating lots of ice cream sandwiches. I am weirded out by how much my body has changed just by the 19 pounds...

So I was walking by a window and saw my reflection - I don't own a full length mirror and haven't for years. Anyway I had to take a second look ... low and behold my boobs stuck out further then my tummy. That is the first time in years. Only 1 month post op (in 2 days) and already super excited.

I kept thinking something was wrong with me because I have had no dumping what so ever since my surgery 3/17/08. I had problems following the rules the first two weeks but have got my shit inline more recently and I am now losing weight (200.... 1 pound away from the 100's). Anyway I mixed my Whey Protein with orange juicy juice and did not mix it with water (I just forgot honestly...). Anyway I just spent an hour on the couch sweating and feeling miserable. I could not be happier - my surgery did...
