It was good to hear from you. Sorry it took so long to respond. I am not real familiar with this site yet.

Tomorrow I am going to weigh at my pcp office. I am looking forward to that. My last check up with surgeon showed I have lost 24 pounds. I expected it to fall off so much faster.

Hope all is well with you. Sure has been hot here. I have to return to work tomorrow. My surgeon gave me a month off cuz I asked for it. ;-)

Oh my gosh... that is so exciting! How are things going for you??? I hope good!!

Things are ok here... I am stalled right now, so a little frustrated. I need to shake things up a little with me. I am thinking about doing the five day pouch test... Might start that on Tuesday!

I have a desk job as well! I go back to work on Wednesday. It seems like our office is always celebrating something... so food is being brought in all the time. Makes it very hard on someone trying to watch what they are eating!!

I always eat if I am happy, glad or sad....maybe she will want me to come back too. My downfall is at work. I like to eat when I sit at the computer all day. I am fine at home but work drives me to eat lol

Oh my goodness... how exciting for you! You are exactly right... one step at time... unfortunately I was not so patient with my steps... the whole process is so long. You have come to the right place though to help you through this!!

I was nervous about my psych eval... I was worried they were going to delve into my childhood or something. It was nothing like that. The gal I met with was very nice and I actually ended up meeting with her a couple of times to address some eating problems I had with binge eating and eating for reasons other then being hungry. She was great.
