Dude, I totally agree with you on the no crap food pot-op issue. It's funny because with all the positive WLS stuff in the news (being hyped as the cure for type II diabetes) I think some people are getting the impression that this is easy or that even if yo physically can eat/do certain things that you should. I find it odd because these also tend to be the folk bitching about not losing fast enough . . .ho-hum. I've got love for ya and the truths you throw down =0)

Yes, it totally does! I've made sure G knows that he's to make sure my birthday does not get ignored.. otherwise I get whiny.. I tell him I have 'issues' surrounding my birthday so he gets to make up for it! Luckily, he plays along
