How do I lock a thread? I created a duplicate

What's up?! How are you today? I am good. I had Gastric Bypass Surgery 3 months ago. I had my 3-Month Post-Op Appointment on May 18th. I've lost 58.5 pounds since surgery. Today, I weighed myself at the mall on one of those scales that says: " Have You Checked Your Weight Today?" Says I lost 3 pounds since May 18th. I'm quite discouraged...

Wondered If u could give me some advice plz , Im a 6 weeks banster and have no restriction what so ever !
Im feeling hungry and falling into old bad habits ie: grazing/snacking .
I called my dietician yesterday he said because I have lost a good bit of weight since my surgery my stomach has probably got smaller and the band is loose .
They dont normally do a fill until 10 weeks post op , but they are going to push for an early fill for me .
Does this sound normal ?
Im worried sick Im going to fall back to my old life ?
Any feedback would be grateful .
