Congrats on joining us on the loser's bench... Glad to here all is going so well. I just got weighed today and it has been 3 weeks and I have lost 23 lbs. Can you believe it???? I am so shocked. I have been staying away from the scale like my mentor told me too. She said to just take measurements and pics each month and look at them when I get dicouraged. So please stay away from the scale because it can be a monkey on your back..

I'm on the bench! Thanks for your support and prayers, I really felt the community when I got to the hospital on Tuesday. I'm doing great - waiting for Monday to get this darned drain out!
