Hi Diane! I too used BCBS FEP and I literally got my approval in 1 day. You should be hearing back anyday now and getting a surgery date How exciting! I just had surgery on Tues, LAP RNY and I got home last night...I feel a little pain but nothing too extreme. I am anxious to hear how yours goes and when you get approval!

A bit of excess skin can be sorted out if it bothers you or causes rashes and the like. I think I must have been lucky and it's nothing than can't be hidden in some well fitting clothes anyway.

Did you see the pics in my profile? That shows my skin in all it's glory! lol

Just make sure you exercise - doesn't help the skin much but your body will look all the better for it.
