I'm practicing and it's not too hard now, but, when I absolutely have to do it, may be another story, lol. Mardi Gras is a mess, lol. Kids love the parades though. They love to catch the beads and so does their daddy, lol!

The diet is going good. Yesterday was the hardest day for me. It was my daughters fifth birthday party and we cooked out and had cake and ice cream. I did good though. I didnt eat any of eat..How are things going for you?
