Yes, my new insurance makes you go through their program so I basically have to start over. I haven't done THAT much thank goodness. That is all ok though because it sounds like the new insurance has better coverage as far as the surgery goes. Not to mention they seem to have a stellar process. We shall see. Let me know if you get a surgery date!

I am in the begining stages as well. I was just told my insurance is probably changing so that means I'm going to need to start totally from scratch.
Oh well... all I've had was a EKG (last year), ultrasound and blood work.

For me the approval process was the same as most everyones...from start to finish it took about a year...I did have several co-morbitities which did help but it feels like forever reguardless, trust that the process is well worth the wait and Dr. Callery is a ROCKSTAR....he gave me a new lease on life and for that I will be forever greatful, best of luck to you and please feel free to contact me if you have any questions!!!

No date yet. I am waiting for my referral from my pcp. I hope I will get it this week since they said 5-10 days and its been a week.
