    Hi, I am just finding my way around and noticed you're from my area. I just had my surgery five weeks ago at Albany Med. You are doing so well!!!!!!!!! Can I ask what you've been eating? I am trying to navigate through my expectations and am so curious about how people are doing it.

I thought I would just give a little more background info since so many are mentioning how long it took them to get to where there are.

I have been heavy all my life and at my very worst point I was 620lbs. Well that is the last known weight at that time. That was nearly 6 years ago now. I am 5'10'' and managed to cover it up pretty well. No one had any idea I weighed that much. I sure did though I was feeling it more and more each day.
