Thanks Lisa! I was at Ellis

Now I can eat pretty much anything .... it's just a matter of is my pouch going to let me lol

One day I can eat chicken .. next day it won't stay down .. etc.

I don't eat pasta or rice ... just doesn't set well ... I do have the occasional piece of toast if it's well toasted ... but I never eat bread ... every time I have tried it - it makes me sick. So I don't bother now ... I eat as much protien as I can get in me ... I eat a lot of beans and tofu and lentils ... and try to eat meat or fish or chicken as well .. but sometimes it just doesn't settle well.

Other than that I eat all sorts of veggies ... I can eat a nice tossed salad now. But most of the time I can't eat more than a cup of food total in one sitting. Sometimes less than that depending on the consistency.

I have a lot of posts on here about what I can eat and can't eat ... so I am sure you will find more info as you go

    I hope that helps

Hi, I am just finding my way around and noticed you're from my area. I just had my surgery five weeks ago at Albany Med. You are doing so well!!!!!!!!! Can I ask what you've been eating? I am trying to navigate through my expectations and am so curious about how people are doing it.
