    awww Thanks guys... My doctor told me that today Milady He said he its not going to give me a goal weight because he want me to take it a day at a time and not concentrate on the final goal but to make sure I am doing all I need to do to drop the weight.

    Hi Cory, thank you for the friend invite. I see you are really early postop. How are things going for you? Things can be pretty rough physically and emotionally. Just realize this is a process and that each day is a learning experience. Try not to concentrate so hard and how FAR you need to do, just celebrate every pound that falls off, every new wow, every decrease on your meds, every step you can take further than the day before. All of those are worth celebrating and ALL of those are a success.
