Unfortunately I was sent home, issues with current drugs i'm taking for blood thinning, I need to stop them at least 2 weeks before surgery. Also there was some wheezing on my chest. On both counts that thought it best to postpone the surgery. They said normally they would wait for at least 4 weeks after someone has a cold. It had to me.

WLS is scary but do you know, for me anyway, not having it was even scarier.

Ok so i've been on piriton and today i'm taking benylin just to keep my chest clear. Spoken to hospital and for now I'm going in on Sunday sometime in the evening i think. Still have to wait for their call on Sunday to tell me which ward i'll be on. I have posted on the forum. Scarey!!

One day forward yeah, but they phoned me this morning and as I have the remants of a cold, ie. dripping to the back of the throat, my surgery maybe postponed again. They are going to phone me again on Friday to see how I am.
