No it isn't!
They come out and tinker around, leave and I'm on-line for a nano-second.
This has been going on for a week now.
If it's not sorted out for good tomorrow then I'll ask them to reinstate my slow dial-up. At least it was reliable. Hugs.

I hope the computer trauma is over, honey...I'm glad to see that you posted, but you didn't sound optimistic about sustained usage! I've got my fingers crossed and prayers raised up to keep you and your beloved computer online and on fire! -Mike

How ya doing, podmate? Thought I'd check in and see how you're doing! -Mike

Split the omega-3 up into 2 doses.
The benefits are huge - heart, joints, eyes, not to mention that it's critical in the structure of cell membranes etc.
I was told that for us, 2g a day was a tolerable amount.
Absorption? As with any vitamin/supplement we take, there's no clear evidence on how much we absorb of anything. I've seen numbers anywhere between 25 and 50%.
Good boy on the demon scales. They're actually worse than a wife you can't afford!

Corrine, your better than a wife I cant afford, excellent research on the Omega 3 stuff...thanks a bunch. I bought the packets, and a bottle of the liquid, the numbers on that for the EPA and DHA are huge, I wonder about the absobsion issues with that much at one time?
Thanks
PS. Ive also got the scale complex (for lack of better words). Its more fun to stay on track and assume you are losing weight!!
