I use a 4-cup machine from Mr.Coffee. They have a fancy programmable one at Walmart (under $20).

thanks for the cleaning info "mama" you know i was waiting to see what you said about that. I cant even believe i never figured it out until now! So i'm going to toss that coffee maker anyway and buy a 2/4 cup maker like someone suggested cause i sure cant afford those starbucks doubleshots every day hahaa thanks for always being there

Stuck with the programme - that's about it.

I don't eat processed foods and all my carbs come from fruit and vegetables. But I do have more protein than usual - around 140g a day.

What is your secret to so much weight loss? You are doing so well and I have seen others do really well too. I used to feel like I am doing great until this platuea has made me so frustrated.

Hasn't been the best of summers here in the Pacific Northwest either. It's still only August but we're burning a log fire!

No immediate plans for a UK visit but I keep hoping. hugs.
