What agonising news re your co-worker. We are so little aware of what goes on in other parts of the world and how it affects "real" people. From Europe "it's just another one of those things that keeps happening over there". How lucky they are to have you among them - I am sure you have contributed stability to your colleagues.
Have you checked your own roof, garden gates etc? Drain pipes?

I saw that there is a cruise in december... I read the whole thread and updates... Can you possibley tell me an over all price for the cruise alone. I and my boyfriend are considering going. I see you must have been my age when you had your surgery. I wonder if this is the right thing to do at this age. After all, we don't have all that many years to live. I don't think about adding years to my life. I think about the 15 or so years I have left having a good quality of life. I guess even the young people have all kinds of fears and I am sure my feeling is normal. Please tell me it was worth it. That is what I want to hear.
