Just a random Friend check, wondering how you are and what's new?

Thanx CiCi, I really like seeing the success stories, people that have gone the extra mile for their recovery from MO. You are obviously one of them.

I'm doing good too. I allowed myself to lose a bit of focus on my exercise in the past several days with long hours at work and getting my son to his ball games, but yesterday, I regrouped, put myself on Do-not-disturb (I work from home) and spent an hour on the treadmill. Felt just completely energized afterwards. I'm happy to say that exercise is my new drug of choice. Thanks for getting back to me. Sounds like you have found the balance in all this. I'd say enjoy your business trip, but then does that ever really happen? Take care and safe trip.

Thanks so much for the friend invite. I really enjoy when you post. You're very thoughtful and intelligent. It's nice to see that around here. Helps to cut through the thickness of drama and self-indulgence that seems to rear it's ugly head from time to time.

One of the first people who reached out to me prior to my surgery has done it again!!! How are you?? I do need to look over the site to see your recent postings and look into your photo albums. It made me smile to see your friend request!!

Hey, I just looked in your photo albums! Who's that guy you're hugging in your happy hour photo? I'm sooooo jealous!

He'd better watch out or I'll have to open up a can of whoop-ass on him.
