Hi Chia, and thanks for asking. The first 3 or 4 days were kind of bad...worse than I thought they'd be. I'm starting to feel okay now though...just some minor pains where my gallbladder used to be.

Yep, I took Actigal for the first 6 months. Supposedly, it works 98% of the time. I guess I was part of that unlucky 2% group, lol.

me and the kiddos are blessed. Hectic but blessed i hired a personal trainer and wow what a difference except i can barly walk now LOL
