My mind is on track now and I definaly feel like I can conquer this battle with weight. Nelson wants to have sex all the time too. I feel like I have the energy and strength that I didnt have before to keep up with him. And I also stepped up my biggest gym fear... The stair climber. I started it on Saturday and today. I was able to handle it for 6 min. My heart rate went to 178 and it was hard to breathe but I am going to work at it everyday and try to be able to stay on it for 20 min, or until I feel like I am going to pass out. I sweat my ASS of on that thing. I can definitley notice a change in how clothes fit. My tight capris are sagging on me and my cammies are too wide. Im not down to the lowest I have ever been (215) but I will be there quicker then I thought. It just takes time. I have been practicing being patient.
Thanks for staying positive and encouraging. I cant wait to see you in a few weeks!

If I get a chocolate craving I have 3 mini york peppermint patties. I have been at the gym 4-5 days a week. I put on 2 lbs last week and then dropped 3 this week. I contribute the wieght gain last week to muscle gain because there was no way I was taking in enough food to gain. I am now at 225 and my next fill is 5 days before I leave for NY. I am reading alot on this forum that it takes 2-3 fill to hit your sweet spot before the weight starts to come off faster. I am much more positive now about this whole thing now that I feel good. I went into old Navy yesterday shopping and I can fit into XL clothes again. My main objective right now is to get my stupid deformed stomach down so that I dont have a roll hanging over everythingI do crunches with weights at the gym and then I have the Ab lounger at home that Nel and I plan to do everynight before NY.

My first fill was last Monday 7/20. I had 4 cc put in at surgery and then one more on Monday for a ttl of 5 cc in a 10 cc band. I have noticed a slight difference in my eating process, The food goes down slower, I am full for at least 4 hours and it depends on the time of day I eat, for instance breakfast I can eat a half a cup of egg beaters (the equivelant of 2 normal eggs) for a snack at 10am I have 6 oz of a protien shake, for lunch I have a lean cusine or half a cup of tuna (no bread) and half a cup of tomato soup and that will fill me until dinner at 5. Dinner is weird. Sometimes I can eat 6 oz of chicken, vegies and a starch and still want more, other times Im lucky if i can eat the chicken. After dinner i have not been snacking so that is a big change because I was definitley an after dinner snacker.
