Good to hear from you! Dont worry - plateaus are normal (frustrating but normal!) Make sure you drink your water and have enough protein and your weight will start coming off again - I promise!!!
How are you feeling? Did you have the open op? How was the pain? I believe it is a lot more painful than the laparoscopic so I would imagine you had a hard time?

U look great my proses seems to be very slow but i think its because I don't drink enough water. I have lost 18kg so far I stood still for allmost 4 weeks just about went into an panic.
