It has been a little over 6 months for me. I dont know why I answered you on my profile. I just had my 6 month check-up thursday and 100lbs gone forever. I hope that you get the joy out of the new you that I get now. My life is so much better with that burden gone. only 43 lbs. more to go and I will be at my goal. Please let me know if I can help with anything.
