Yes my Carolina girls were good to me. I couldnt feel more loved by those two. Daughter arrived today from Greenville-Spartanburg with two grandsons in tow: ages 18 months and 3-1/2. Son and his family (two more grandkids ages 5 and 3-1/2) arrived yesterday. So pandemonium in a normally serene household has ensued. My daughter asked, after a particularly noisy episode. "Is it OK to put a child in a pet carrier." (Joking of course, lest ye be alarmed)

Yes it is hot here too, (78 today) but cooling down on Saturday and Sunday. Ive got the pool heated up so we can swim.

OMG, I have an entire wine cellar full of great wines. I just have to wait a year, but they will keep. Surgery on the 31st. Think of me while you're partying on New Years eve. I'll have a big "owie" or two. Carolina is coming to me this year.

Well OK, but the first duty station is Port Harcort, Nigeria. Is that OK? Hey the Carolinas are very cool. Daughter graduated from Clemson and is now living in Charleston. Bones, my bride, is from the Low Country close to Myrtle Beach. We had a place in the Blue Ridge Mountains around Brevard NC until Nov 07 when we sold it. Prices are down now so she is begging me for another one. Im thinking...mmmm...maybe? Friends?
