    Hi Mike,
    Things are going okay. I find I'm 'stuck' again with my weight... I hate stalls, they are not fun at all. My BF insists I'm losing more weight but I don't think so... maybe my shape is changing... I was on the treadmill like a demon two weeks ago, then I got 'interrupted' by not feeling well at all (flu is going around here) and just needed all the rest I could get. I'm now feeling better and am resolving to get back to my treadmill starting tomorrow at 6 a.m. How are things for you? How was Lily's birthday party? Say hi to Liz for me.
