That is so funny about the chili.. I'm the same way.. I'd never had it preop because of the beans and now I really, really enjoy it!

Yeah, the move is happening way faster than I'd like.. but what can I do? I was really hoping for that Aug 24th MA get together, too. I want to meet everyone before I move!

oops, must have missed you last night. I'm doing well, I just made a crockpot of chili, first one I've made and it came out delicious! It's funny, preop I never ate chili, now I eat it about 4-5 times a week (Wendy's). How are you doing- I read that you have to move earlier than planned, always something to keep us on our toes...

Hi Jessica.. just saw you online and thought I'd say hello... how are you doing?

Yep.. Doc Vernon is the woman.. I was exceedingly happy I had her.. I am thrilled with how she took care of me. Her secretary has been amazing as well. I was in surgery six hours, though.. then recovery for another 7 hours (28- WOW!)... the hospital stay was horrid, five days and the nurses.. ugh.... except for one trainee, Jeff.. who was a sweetheart of a youngman, I don't have much good to say about the staff.. probably overworked but very unhelpful and not very knowledgeable in the needs of a GBP patient.

As for the clothes.. I just got home and will be trying them all on after dinner..can't wait! I feel like it's Christmas around here

No problem - I'm glad you may be able to use them! As far as B & W, stay was okay- spent 28 hours in recovery though.... But like you I love my doc. Is Dr. Vernon the woman?

I just noticed you had your surgery at B&W too... I hope your hospital stay was better than mine! I love my doc, but.. the hospital.. not so much
