I am not sure what you are talking about.. Are you talking about responding to a message and it has a quote in it??? If so just right click in the box and click select all then press the delete button and you will have all the space you want to return a message.. Other than that I am not sure what you are talking about. I don't mind if you deleted some of my messages, it is ok with me... All is well in paradise... How are you holding up?? I just bought some calcium, magnesium, vitamin D, and I already have vitamin B12 with folic acid... You might not have to take all of this stuff, but my surgeon wants me too.. Plus after surgery I will be taking 2 multi-vitamins a day.. It all starts to add up... and that isn't counting my regular meds.. there seems to be no end in sight..lol... Your re-birth day is approaching quickly... I have 46 days to go... You will have one month under your belt by the time I have my surgery so you will know a lot of stuff to fill me in on... * wink..

Now we are friends. I don't know why my pic isn't showing up. I can see it on my account page. Maybe they have to approve it first. So, you are walking a lot now. That is good. I have to take it easy right now because I had a vaginal hysterectomy on March 6, 2008. The doc said to take it really easy because I have a lot of healing to do.. 4 days out of surgery I went for a walk up the street and I started spotting and the nurse told me that I was overdoing it. I have been going to stores and walking around them lately, but I really want to get moving so it will be easier on me. I think after a month I am going to start walking again. I will start out small and work up from there. I have to do something. Is there a reason you have to have an open RNY? I hear that it is safer in the surgery room. You can count on me to lean on, but I won't have the knowledge you will be looking for, but I am a good listener. I see a pic of a girl, is that your daughter? She is so cute. Let me know how you are holding up..

Hi Tracey! I just noticed you joined my crazy bunch of groupies.
