Thanks for asking, Things are going well. I just got back from my bypass surgery yesterday. It is good being off the medifast, was on it for 6 months. I wish you luck with your surgery it will be good. Thanks Gena

Things are going well. Just six days left!

I have tried some of the protein items that I ordered online. I really like the Oh Yeah Chocholate Milkshake and Vanilla Creme. I mix them together, which I like better then each one alone. They have 32 grams of protein in each 14 oz bottle. I know after surgery it'll take a long time to drink that, but it'll be a good alternative.

I haven't cared too much for the unflavored UnJury in my Crystal Lite. I'll have to put it into soup or something else already thick to hide it.

I also have tried the Nectar Caribbean Cooler. It's OK, but am going to try some other flavors. The problem with the Nectar is you have to purchase such a large amount in each flavor.

They sent me some other samples of things, but haven't tried them yet.

Hey Jennifer, how is it going? Just a few more days then we can move to the losers bench! I am so nervous, but excited. Got all the dogs bathed and shaved down yesterday, but then found that my other little girl might be PG. Didn't think she'd gotten together with Spencer, but looks like they did, so will have more puppies the end of this month! My other litter will be ready for homes at Christmas, so would be nice if they were all re-homed before the new litter is born. Too bad my girls have them so close together, I was hoping for a few months in between.

Hi there, I am super nervous, scared and excited all at once! What shakes are you using? Someone posted that unflavored whey protein mixed with diet cranberry juice was pretty good. I haven't tried it yet though. Sorry you are sick, that sucks! I have gone though a lot this week too. Just found out that my job is being eliminated, so am trying to find a new position in the company, would be nice to have a job to go back to! Then my son has to have surgery, unexpectedly, next Tuesday, so have that stress too, but his is a day surgery so he will be up and around in no time.
I really just want the next 30 days to be over and done with and this all behind me!

Thanks for the message Jennifer it was needed today. Things are going good. I am down 9 # so far and everyday gets easier with the diet. I think we all really need the support from each other as we know exactly what everyone is feeling and thinking. I wish my husband could. SO I wanted to tell you thank you for your message. This is the most exciting thing we are doing for OURSELVES! We are going to be some hot women next year at this time!

Hi Jennifer.

Thanks for stopping by. im doing okay. having a bit of stress now as my surgeon states they will not fill out FMLA papers until the surgery is done. which means they have two days after surgery to get them to my HR person or my job is not secured by FMLA. Same with my short term disability.
just trying to cope right now. hope things are well with you. take good care.
