Came across your profile. Dr.Hanh;s a good doc. He assisted on mine back in 07 and ive seen him for follow up's when my surgeon was not in. You got nothing to worry about with them.

Ponce es Ponce y lo demas es parking... Well I am glad you decided to go thru with the surgery. It will change your life. It is not a piece of cake, it's hard emotionally at the beginning but I am sure you will be able to handle it. We all have. I had my surgery on December 17th, 2008 - so i missed all the good Puerto Rican food for Christmas.. .ohhh God that was hard. But worth it, i have lost 55 pound so far. I was not that big - so I say. I was a size 16, and 225 lbs before surgery at about 219 at surgery now I am 156 and a size 8!!!! So if I could do it so can you. and you are much younger than me so you have your whole life in front of you... make sure you have the health to enjoy your youth! it took me 4 months for the whole process from my first seminar to the surgery. Keep in touch - I won't let you back out now.. So vamos a operarte ya mismo ok.

The walking is wonderful. I sit on the board for a non-profit agency and one of the programs we do is a walking program. 10,000 steps a day is the goal, this is 5 miles. I noticed just by wearing a pedometer and seeing how inactive I was made me want to make some changes like taking the stairs or parking farther away from the entrance. Swimming is awesome, also look into a water aerobics class. I started going, I thought it would be a bunch of old ladies splashing around, boy was I wrong. We use water weights and tubes for resistance training. It sounds like you are on your way with the 1200 calories.

What are you doing to lose the 10%? I got lucky, my dr. never said how much I have to lose, just that I need to lose to show that I am committed top the process. My date is exactly 5 weeks from today
