46lbs pounds is great. i think i only lost 48lbs in 4months but i kicked up my protein,water and exercise. well i wish you the best keep me posted take care =)

Hey girl, 21kgs is 46 pounds in 4 and half months i suppose it could have been more, problem is i do not take enough protein; well i do drink the water though. I`ll try the protein shake you`ve recommended... Later

i don't know what 20kgs are i only know pounds. well we will always have to fight this battle even when we get to goal. but the key is never give up. OK i am sorry you don't like the protein shakes,i hated them at first.i didn't get all my protein in for awhile and i had a slow weight loss. well i found out syntha-6 is the best protein shake out there but its high in calories 200cal 22protein i just love it. if you can get it from food then your all set. how far out are you? i am 5months out and lost 64lbs i know my weight loss could of been more but i had low thyroids in my 3rd month. if you are drinking all your water plus protein. and the most in portion one exercise then you will lose weigh at your paste i eat 600-700cal a day and burn 500-600cal when i work out. well i know you'll make it girl. its a hard battle but worth every pound. well talk to you soon take care =)

Hey, i`m good thanks for the message on my visitors page. 20kgs to date, but i still feel like it will stop the weight loss i mean. I guess when you`ve battled with something all your life, you simply cannot believe its actually happening. And the water drinking is hard now that its winter here, but i still try to get in 2litres a day. Any tips on how to loose faster?? And please do not tell me protein shakes (USN WHEY PROTEIN), it tastes sooo bad i cannot stand it. Later girl...
