hey, anyone that drops by my page, just wanted to update everyone, i'm feeling MUCH better now! i left the hospital at 320, and i'm now (as of 9 days later....) am at 295!! i'm loving this decision and would go through the pain daily to be able to have permanate weightloss like this! hooahhh

oh and i have been to UWHARRIE too i have pics on my webshots thingie.. Union Springs, GWNF, Oak Ridge where i was a trail guide for camp jeep back in '01 and ran the pre-runs for the jeep jamboree there too.. tons of fun!
